What happens during a VIP Day?

I am so glad you asked!

During VIP Days you will get a fully customized half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) experience specifically designed to rapidly accelerate your business. I spend my time hopelessly devoted to (OK, just really, really focused on) you and your business. We can focus on a number of topics and, at the end of our time together, you’ll leave with easy-to-implement tools and strategies, done-for-you solutions, and detailed action plans and next steps.

VIP Days work best as 1:1 sessions with founders, CEOs or other senior leaders for your business (like product or division heads). However, small-group VIP Days can be designed to help teams create a shared vision and take ownership of individual roles to move towards that vision.

Allow me to reintroduce myself.

My name is Erika and I’m the Founder and CEO of Your Chic is Showing (www.yourchicisshowing.com) and Erika Cartledge Enterprises. I have a decade of experience as a personal stylist, image architect and business owner. This means I know a whole lot about how to dress well, how create an image that is authentic to you and aligns with your lifestyle, and what to do (and not to do) to grow, elevate and scale a business. That’s why, through “The Smart CEO” classes, coaching and mentoring, as well as VIP Days, I’m committed to helping other female entrepreneurs authentically and unapologetically grow their businesses using creative ideas and innovative solutions.

One thing you should know is that you don’t get a lot of fluff with me. You’ll get a cheerleader. And a hype woman. But you’ll also get someone who will hold you relentlessly accountable, ask the tough questions, and push you into greatness. I get that my style isn’t for everybody. But those that I am for are totally winning out here! So yeah, not a lot of fluff. But, a lot of results. I do get those.

When I’m not working I love to spend time with my husband and our three kiddos, shop, read and travel. I’m a Howard University Bison through and through and an alumni of the finance industry and philanthropic sector. I live in the Washington, DC metro-area but will travel for VIPs!!

Great! Here’s what you should do next:

01. Take a few minutes to complete this VIP Day Request Form and schedule a Discovery Call so we can chat more about your needs.

02. If we’re a good fit (and I’m pretty sure we’ll go together like “peas and carrots”) we’ll take care of those pesky details (like Scope of Work, contracts and invoices) and then get your VIP Day scheduled right away!

03. Ahead of your VIP Day, you’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire AND have a prep call with me so that we can develop a customized agenda that will get you the most bang for your VIP buck!

04. On your VIP Day we’ll hop on Zoom together OR meet in our designated location and get to work. While we will spend much of our day deeply focused on your goals and getting you results there will be plenty of time for coffee, bio breaks and, of course, lunch!

05. At the end of your VIP Day you’ll leave armed with a list of action items and next steps to implement in your business, as well as any finalized deliverables we agreed upon (i.e. ready-to-sell service packages, financials templates, sales funnels, etc.).
