Founder + CEO

Erika Cartledge is the Founder and CEO of The YCS Styling Agency and Erika Cartledge Enterprises, where she leverages over a decade of business ownership to help entrepreneurs and nonprofits achieve their goals. With a strong background in business coaching and nonprofit consulting, Erika is dedicated to providing practical, innovative solutions that drive growth and success.

Erika began her career in the finance industry, spending 13 years honing her skills before transitioning to the philanthropic sector. This diverse experience has equipped her with a unique perspective on business development and strategic planning. At Erika Cartledge Enterprises, she offers classes, coaching, and mentoring, along with VIP Days designed for aspiring, new, and growing entrepreneurs.

Her commitment to empowering others extends to her role on the Board of Directors for Tumaini DC, Inc., where she actively contributes to the community. Erika is also the co-founder of With Heather + Erika, focusing on helping entrepreneurs make their first $100K.

A proud alumna of Howard University, Erika graduated cum laude and has since dedicated herself to full-time entrepreneurship. When she’s not working, Erika enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, reading, and exploring new destinations. She resides in the Washington, DC metro area with her husband and their three children.
